This hotel is a hidden gem with so much to offer. the location near the Osmanbey Metro station makes it extremely convenient to explore the city and reach Taksim Square in no time. The staff truly impressed me with their attentive and friendly service, making me feel right at home. The rooms were well-appointed, with attention to detail evident in the balcony and three beds. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that left me satisfied every morning.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were simply fantastic.

It was very comfortable , place is very good for catching many points in Istanbul . Breakfast was very good with supportive staff always , I consider it a favorite hotel in Osmanbey . ( located in a beatiful and quiet area ). J. Barada - Lebanese in kuwait.
My advice is to replace the artificial plants with natural one at the restaurant window.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and Taksim Square. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious and satisfying. Our quad room was spacious, clean, and had excellent amenities. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very near to a metro station. It is conveient for getting to Taksim, but is a much quiter area.
The hotel is definitely basic. I think it is time that the hotel invests in refurbishing, as the rooms look dingy and the furniture is definitely old (and therefore, a bit dirty). It seems overpriced for what it is.

The room was very clean. The location is great. The hotel staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet was rich. If you want a taxi, you better walk down to Halaskargazi Avenue, the cabs the hotel called were not so kind, they let us out early and didnt give change. If you have problems with stairs, let the hotel management know, and avoid the 6th floor (up to floor 5 there's elevator, for rooms on 6 you need to climb up 1 floor). Good quality for the price. Family hotel.
Although I'd written I would be in the city for health reasons with my mom, they gave us a room on floor 6- reacheable by stairs from floor 5 on. We didnt want to wait another couple of hours before another room downstairs was ready, we were so tired, so we had to climb.

As for me, the location of this hotel was fantastic - close to everything! Within walking distance to a metro station which brings you to all locations needed, including Osmanbey metro station. Moreover, this city has plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants around. Another worth noticing detail is the hotel's cleanliness - it couldn't be better. Additionally, the staff was helpful, answering my questions and offering tea during all day!
Everything great.

It is only 30 min away from the airport. I can reach underground in 5 min by walking. Very elegant shopping area Nisantasi is so close to the hotel. 10 min. By walking. And I feel safe when I stay there.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul that was conveniently located close to Osmanbey metro station. This made it extremely easy for me to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions without any hassle. The hotel itself was situated in a safe area, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries I had. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and I particularly loved the fact that my room had a balcony. It was a great spot to relax and soak in the city views. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was superb, offering a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.
All was well and exceeded my expectations.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the metro station which allows easy access to all the necessary locations. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-furnished, including three beds and some even had balconies. The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The only improvement needed was the broken window blind in some rooms.

Hotel staff very friendly, breakfast average but sufficient, good location close to Osmanbey subway station and within 5 mins from congress center and 10mins walking from Taksim. WiFi connection.
Broken furniture door left on the floor (!!), screws falling out of the wall, loose drawers in the tables etc. Overpriced for what it has to offer. Basic room revision and quality check by owner neccessary. Some form of direction indication on main street would be helpfull.

Not a lot. There were a few positives; however, most of them are not related to the hotel’s services. For example the location is good as it is 2 minutes to walk to Osmanbey metro station and 15-20 minutes walkable distance from the Taxim area (major area with bars, cafes, restaurants etc.).
I definitely can not recommend this hotel. I stayed there a full week. I paid an average rate compared to other options in the area. The service at this hotel is a joke. I booked a double room and I was given a twin room. I was not offered a double room before the next day and only after I reminded them twice. At the end I kept the twin room as the upgrade was worse. The room where I stayed had a window which was facing a kind of backyard full of waste. The booking was made in euros stating that the payment will be completed on arrival using local currency at the exchange of that day. However, the bill was not issued using the exact exchange rate on that day but after ‘rounding’ it to their favour. The photos do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The condition of the room was fair with plenty of obvious dents and mould around the shower sealing. There was no feeling of freshness in the room. I went for breakfast at 9:50am (breakfast was available until 10:30am). The pot with the eggs was empty. I asked if they could bring some more and they completely ignored me. There were also supermarket style hotdog sausages from a tin and some kind of cheese pastry that sometimes had no cheese filling. The cold meats were spam style processed meat. I asked for an iron. They told me that they will bring one if they can find it. They brought an iron but not an iron board. They told me to use the bed as a board. The iron was leaking water. I told the manager that I would be really grateful if they could provide an iron board and an iron that works as I had to prepare clothes for a conference dinner. He said yes. The next day I was given the same faulty iron an no iron board. They do not provide spare toilet paper rolls. Once you run out that’s it. Internet and tv was out of order by the middle of the week. The internet came back the next day but the tv was out of order for the rest of my stay. There were no apologies or anything.
